Yeap. Makes me rage too. Now i'm stuck with my shitty Burst.
Boo freaknhoo, Its a way they get people to sub.
Hmm i have a choice between picking a Hyperion: or Megathron: what should it be?
Hmm i have a choice between picking a Hyperion or a Megathron, what should it be?
There both blasterboats. one has more EHP. hmmm. But the hyper is quite expensive.
There both blasterboats. one has more EHP. hmmm. But the hyper is quite expensive.
Actually no. The Hyperion is a blasterboat with high EHP And dedicated Armor Repair bonuses, making it a pretty nice armor tank. The Megathron can do rails well, and is good for all ranges of weapons. And it can fit two missile turrets. I bought both, and prefer the Megathron. It's also a good deal cheaper than the Hyperion.
Once I finish my driving lessons I am getting back into this pwnage game. Also anyone know of any good ways to use 2 monitors while playing this game? Like having one monitor full screen on the world, other one for menus and stuff?
Could someone explain how to purchase this on Steam? It costs 15 euro but doesn't creating a new account cost something aswell? I'm confused.
Could someone explain how to purchase this on Steam? It costs 15 euro but doesn't creating a new account cost something aswell?
Please tell me where you get subscriptions that are longer than 2 months at a time? I had to buy the EVE Special Edition box set because I couldn't find Time Codes in my local area.
You only get it when you buy more time online off the eve online website, the most you can buy is a year i think.
My question wasnt answered :/ where do i get Arc missions ?
Also anyone know of any good ways to use 2 monitors while playing this game? On your other monitor you can surf the web or watch movies or something as this game is fairly slow paced.
Could someone explain how to purchase this on Steam? It costs 15 euro but doesn't creating a new account cost something aswell? For clarification their incentive to do so is the potential free game time they get if you subscribe.
Buy it on steam, then go on to their website and login with your trial info, go to account management and upgrade it, put any needed info there.
Should I install the free 21-day trial first?
Hmm i have a choice between picking a Hyperion or Megathron: what should it be?
If you don't know which fucking battleship to park your little thick head in then buy the fucking cheaper one because you're obviously going to get it blow up in a fucking week.
Should I install the free 21-day trial first?
When you pay for it on steam, you're paying for the extra time (over the standard, free 14-day trial) and registration. I think. If you buy it in a store this is the same thing. However if you just download the client from www.eve-online.com then you don't pay anything to download or register. You get 14 days free when you create a trial account. Alternatively, get someone here (potentially me, or I think Colonel_Veer was offering an incentive ;D) to send you a 'Buddy Scheme' invitation, where you register your account through a special link and get the 21-days free instead. Once the trial period is up, you can pay subscription to extend your playtime if you like the game. tl;dr, afaik steam are ripping you off. Edit: Unless there are some other benefits to the steam version I don't know about. All the update problems people have from time to time with having it tied to steam probably balances it out though.
I just got the 14 day trial, I don't need 21 since 14 is enough for me and the Summer is short (I'll be playing Eve in Summer only, otherwise I won't have time). Downloading sure does take awhile.
I used to play this game, i was in a good corp and just gave up because i had to pay £15 per month (which was getting too much since i pay for my website AND my server) If anybody wants a buddy invite and will get the game, which allows me 30days to play. I will love you forever
Is there a good trading guide for newbies? I only have about 150m³ cargo space WITH extender and I'd like to make some ISK, but I don't want to mine or trade. Mining is too boring and the Epic arc's difficulty has gone too high up now for my tiny Merlin. I can use my Osprey tomorrow, then I will have the Caldari Ship on level 4 or something and then I can train Cruisers. However, I can sell the Osprey with a profit and then I'll have about 3.5 million ISK with my current money. Should I buy a different ship, more suited for trading?

Unless you have a ship that can haul enough to make it worth the time, and that wouldn't work unless you had cargo in the ranges of many thousand m3. I'm going to be looking into trading again once I get my Orca. Until then, I didn't find it very profitable, but not very risky.
I prefer the domi And the mega is a blaster boat. But can be used for rails. and fuck the 2 missiles. Just look at this shit...
Also, I was speaking under the lower SP mindset. You can make just about any ship worthwhile if you load it with T2 everything. It all depends on what skills he has. If he is full on drones, it would be faster to get in the dominix, but if he was full on blasters/mWD skills, then he could pull a blaster Mega. If he had good rails skills, he could do a Sniper Mega. Fun thing about EVE is that you can make every ship effective at something with a little tweaking.

Can I have a Buddy Trial if I already am a subscriber?
Can I have a Buddy Trial if I already am a subscriber?
Not sure what you mean by that.
Not sure what you mean by that.
As in, can someone be my ..... you know what fuck it im too tired But yeah, basically, I cbf playing EVE anymore seriously, I WANT to play it, I WANT to be addicted, but I only have time for it on the weekends, and honestly, it's going to be 5 hours max per week. so i don't know if I should bother resubscribing I'm a 2 year old character, no corp, 11mil in wallet, flying a decently fitted out Apocalypse, Amarr warrior class just running missions after missions. 2million skillpoints IIRC
Should I install the free 21-day trial first?
To upgrade go ahead, probably faster to do that.
Fuck, what should I do? The Epic arc has become too difficult for me ( until I get my new ship tomorrow ) and mining doesn't earn that much in the lower levels.
are you caldari? if then i will help you if youre near me
I am Caldari yes. My name is Denzor Daeron ingame
How to get +0.02 standing with your Faction, FAST! Lvl I missions are really boring in a Caracal and i don't want to do 16 of them.
well I don't want to start a new char, so where can i find the arcs if I have already made one 10 months ago? eve station?
CALDARI UNITE! Ok we need to make a corp for caldari facepunchers, can someone make one? We can make a fleet and invite form there. I'm online as 8BitLord
