For salvaging you won't make amazing money until level four missions, but get the skill anyway and if you want extra money from salvaging learn to make rigs but get production efficiency to 5 (This will take some time) so you won't have any waste.
i got 200k from salvaging a ship in a lvl 1 mission :D

It's great money to be honest, I made 12 million from one armour plate from a T2 ship.
A tip to new players, train so you can salvage, then ask people around if you could salvage there wrecks. But remember not to loot as you could get shoot down!

And offering to split the salvage isn't a bad idea, if I see a noob in my level 4's taking my crap I blow the wrecks just 'cause.

I sure as hell do. I make 2-3m per level 1 mission, and 2-7 per level 2 depending on how lucky I get. It is an absolutely awesome skill to have.

Damn, I just saw a Raven Navy Issue. It's huge compared to my temporary ship ( while I wait on the skills for my Osprey which will take about 40 more minutes.
Battleships tend to do that. Battlecruisers will probably dwarf your temporary ship as well.
Hmm, so yeah I'll get my Osprey soon, I'll mine with it for a couple of days, but what should I pick after that? Cash isn't a problem since a friend of mine will give me 50 mil if I need it.

I don't think anybody bothers with destroyers.
So I just repaid my account subscription and that guys Caldari facepunch corp is completely gone, I wanted to help them out :v:
