What am I doing wrong? I bought a Caracal and loaded it with missiles but it still does not deliver the damage needed for a lot of things. I am doing the Epic Arch Sisters missions and I keep getting stuck when I have to kill someone's ship, since they are strong. Their shields and armor recharge faster than I can do the damage. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Alright, thanks, bought half the stuff, I'll get the other half when I get some money together. Looks like I just need 1.5 million.

If you're blowing up frigs, I suggest you to use standard missiles. Heavy missiles are for cruiser sized ships ( If you don't want to target paint the frigs).

The only thing stopping me from paying for this is that it costs £13 a month compared to the regular £9 for MMOs

Alright, so now I am trying to make money. I usually make money by doing missions, I get 200k for each + a good bonus. Now I am stuck at a mission and I need money so I am trying mining, but that only yields a 30k ISK for each run and it would take a long time to get some real money out of that, is there somewhere else I can go for missions or what?

Also, Luishi, the Caldari strength is missiles and shields. If you want to tank as Caldari, focus on shield.

I don't like Railguns. I prefer missiles since they can hit really anything and at the same time deal out good enough damage.

I'm guessing you're fighting one of the tougher enemies in your mission.

What are the bad things you've heard about them? Don't say disbanding BoB, spying, or something like that because it's a part of the game. I did the epic arc in a caracal as well and for some reason that guy has a ridiculous amount of tank for l1 mission enemy.

I found out what the problem was, the guy was tanking shields and stuff, and he was the "boss" of the Epic Arc Sisters mission. Now I am done. I got another guy to help me. Anyway, what do I do now? Just go from station to station looking for missions?

Plus the way BoB disbanded was broken. It shouldn't have been so simple as pressing a button to disband a whole alliance. But the damage is done, I probably would of disliked BoB anyway.

Lushi don't jump station to station doing missions, pick a npc corp like Caldari Navy and keep running missions for them it will get your standings up which will let you do higher level missions and you get loyalty points which you can spend on things in the loyalty point store.

What's the point of this game? Isn't the same as X3, but only you have to pay $15 a month? It has mining, economy, races, dogfights, just like X3, but you're paying monthly? I saw a nonsense commercial of EvE showing this guy crashing into this ship. So what? WTF is this game about anyway? It's hardly worth $15 a month. Just ships...in space...online...that could talk with one another on a chat system.

You and me both. I have this bad habit of armor tanking EVERYTHING. comes from being minmatar, but I sure look wierd in an armor tanked Drake.

X3 is a flight sim with a large universe and simulated economy. EVE is, and I apologize for the cheese, best described as a society simulator. It has its own miniature economy, its own nationstates governed by real individuals, oddly realistic financial scandals and the outbreak of vast-reaching wars conducted entirely by the player. You can even now start to see the rise of player castes, and the defiance of such. It's interesting even if you don't play it just to monitor how this little societal fishtank is changing. Although, to be considered a Goon, you have to be recommended by another Goon, so it's kind of an honor to join them. I personally dislike them, because I played against them in AoC, but the Goons in Eve are actually decently good players.

Hm, back before BoB disbanded, who was worse? BoB or Goonswarm?
