If you're going to get an Osprey, you're better off skipping cruisers for now and going straight to barges. The Retriever Mining Barge is more than 3x better at mining than that Osprey.

Next time only put like 10 rounds in your guns. It saves you some isk if you do suicide ganks fairly frequently.

Do I understand containers right in that usually you take a big hauler ship with high cargo capacity, put the containers in it, send it out to anchor the containers near ore, dock it, take your mining ship, fill the containers with ore then go back with the cargo ship and take all the ore back to your station?
