Nobody would ever accept me with only 4m skillpoints.
Nobody would ever accept me with only 4m skillpoints.
Plenty would
That doesn't help the fact that I generally suck at the game.
Give me your in-game name. And IL judge that
I always use T2 invulnerabilities. I use two invulns and one rat specific hardener when I shield tank usually.
Just use rat specific, Invulns use more cap and you get better resists with rat specific. My raven gets 88%/90% resists to Kinetic/Explosive

I might start to play. Is it worth the fucking £13 a month?
I might start to play. Is it worth the fucking £13 a month?
£13 isn't a lot of money. Considering that's about a third of what a normal game would cost, you could pretend it's a normal game and buy yourself 3 months and then after that ask yourself if it's worth paying the subscription. Or you could get the trial.
I was just thinking that, most people only play £35 games for about 2 weeks or so and this is a game that will last me a hell of a long time.
Exactly, most people play for years. For example my corp has been going for about 5 years now.
I might start to play. Is it worth the fucking £13 a month?
You are asking this in a thread full of eve online players.

Alright, what exactly is a rat specific hardener? rat = NPC I'm pretty sure? And I'm guessing a hardener that is rat specific would be geared towards a specific damage type that an NPC would use, right?

Get the name of the rats you're about to fight. Look them up on this table: http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/damage_types.php Fit the hardeners that it says to resist (the top two) Shoot the damage type that it says to shoot (if you can)
Well he sure has been quiet since I sent him my ingame name, just saying.
I am disappoint
-snip-
Oh you're real funny.

I got a little question. Is training for a ship type which is another race from yours a bad idea? Or should it not really matter what I train for.
I got a little question. Is training for a ship type which is another race from yours a bad idea? Or should it not really matter what I train for.
A lot of people do this for pvp. Many of the Caldari ships aren't meant to go toe-to-toe with enemy ships. Even one of the corps I was trying to join said I was a liability because I could only fly in Caldari ships. So, in some cases, you might need to go down a different path for your ships.
I got a little question. Is training for a ship type which is another race from yours a bad idea? Or should it not really matter what I train for.
it's called cross training, and it's probably one of the best things you can do once you get established in the game. For example, I'm cross training to Gallente, mostly cause the moros is one beast of a dreadnaught, and I want to fly an Ishtar.
