Went to low-sec with some pals, who were in a Falcon, Armageddon, Dominix and Megathron, with me in a tackling Stabber.
We killed a Typhoon and an Osprey, then I got four-shotted by an Ishtar, who proceeded to ransom my pod.
He wanted a joke, and if he laughed he'd let me live.
As we were on vent, I called my friends in, and my Falcon friend warped in and jammed him, allowing me to escape.
I then asked the joke:
"How many Falcons does it take to jam an Ishtar?"
"Just one."
They closed the conversation.
I love this game.

Lols, I started exploration in a Heron yesterday. I've been scanning out a lot of systems. Today I found another Wormhole. I decided to check it out.
I went in, and found myself in a warp disruption bubble and a tackler waiting on the other side. :|
Luckily I had an up-to-date clone and didn't loose anything expensive. :D
I think I'm leaving the WH exploration field until I get myself a Buzzard.
Wormholes can be dangerous because you have people like me that watch direction and if there is even a blip on there goes "oh mah gawd lolz theres a guy in here lets go blow him up!" but then no one is online and i go sit in a corner and be emo.

I scanned a bit, and when I was about to book it when I found a Marauder on the scan, a tackler webbed me and took me out with some missiles. (I had no tank, just a scanning ship.)

If you don't feel like going out that 20 jumps to pick something up, we'll do it for you kind of thing. But, trust in EVE is a sight rarely seen, so I doubt that business would go far.

They often work as internal alliance services. When I was in Wildly Inappropriate some corps had JF pilots (freighter wouldn't work in 0.0) and they'd do JF runs up to our home system. For a set price, you could get your stuff carried up in the weekly jump or you could pay extra to have a special run done.

If you started off small and built up, then I'd probably use it to cart fairly inexpensive stuff (say skill books or ship equipment) say 10-20 jumps and pay you something for it.
On a side note, been playing for coming up to 2 weeks, got my first cruiser yesterday. It kicks ass.
Can anyone recommend a decent corp? Looking to do anything that isn't mining or industry (Low sec, 0.0, ratting, PVP, etc), but it won't be easy at my level.

Really enjoying it and will probably subscribe once I'm a little in. I don't like that you can only set up a skill training queue for the next 24 hours, would like to set up one for longer.
Am an Amarrian Khanid Cyber Knight in an Executioner (Yeah, I know, utter shite), slowly grinding my way through the first Military Career path quests. Mostly paused just now to level up my skills. Want to grab a few certificates and the like before finishing the last few levels and then trying to do missions for enough money to go for Cruisers.
If any one is interested in fostering a newb-ish military pilot, I'll gladly join up with you. Even if it is to run as cannonfodder escort.
