Hm, I think I'm interested in starting some mining. Idea so far is to get another account, where one is my main, which I'll do combat on and such, and another one with a character specialized purely at mining. When I'm mining, I'll just get a industrial ship on my other account, and just the ore over to it... or would I earn more on simply using the money wasted on play time to sell for isk?
Ofcorse you can decide to do whatever you like to but IMHO mining is the most boring thing you can do in EVE. Missioning kills you with boredom slowly like a poison while mining kills you with boredom like a bullet in the head. PvP is where the fun is. Too bad i need to grind whole lot of missions every time i lose a ship and it happens pretty often

[editline]09:28AM[/editline] How's this for a lvl 3 afk mission runner? High Slot: 2x Salvager I 2x Tractor Beam I Drone Link Augmentor I Med Slot: 3x F-b10 Nominal Capacitor Regenerator Low Slot: Damage Control I 1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane I Medium Armor Repairer I Drone Bay: 10x Hammerhead II
ahaha, from 1day(i've waited 4 days) to 24mins to train industry level 5 by using a simple implant
I would have gone for Core Defense Field Purgers.
Yeah, generally you should use purgers for PvE and extenders for PvP.
Have fun failing, you need small drones too, hammerheads will do destroyers and such but will take fucking ages to kill frigates.
Nope, i've done frigates with them. They tear right through.
what the hell is this?
Visual effect at some sites. [editline]11:48PM[/editline] The rat is like a faction rat, but drops a load of ore instead of faction mods.
I would have gone for Core Defense Field Purgers.
Like HaloGuy said, Field Purgers are better for a Drake(I think it's a Drake looking at the build). If you can't afford them then get some of the resistance rigs for shields. Those are much more helpful than shield extenders.
what the hell is this?
That is the worst drake ever
That is the worst drake ever
srsrly, i've only just started playing after a year
What @ missile types.
What @ missile types.
heavy missiles
heavy missiles
no, he's talking about the fact that you have every type loaded. That's dumb. If you are flying pve, you pick the type that does the most damage to the rats your fighting. If you are pvping, you pick Kinetic, because almost all caldari ships get bonuses to kinetic damage

Not extenders. If you have some spare PW add more Shield power relays or BCU's
Here's a decent fit for a missioning drake. Swap the resist amps based on the rats you're fighting and downgrade to best-named where you need to. [Drake, missions] Shield Power Relay II Shield Power Relay II Shield Power Relay II Ballistic Control System II Heat Dissipation Amplifier II Kinetic Deflection Amplifier II Magnetic Scattering Amplifier II Magnetic Scattering Amplifier II Large Shield Extender II Large Shield Extender II Heavy Missile Launcher II Heavy Missile Launcher II Heavy Missile Launcher II Heavy Missile Launcher II Heavy Missile Launcher II Heavy Missile Launcher II Heavy Missile Launcher II Salvager I

I rarely see any caldari ships in my area, and almost never amarr ships.

(gallente a bit with drones) For PVP i usually go with thermal (im minmatar)

That was fun, half on the alliance (corps with are with it, me included) had to go around 0.0 space to fight the people who was attacking our station... . They succeed
My account expires in an hour, and I have no monies. D: I'll get my earned money from a week of yard/house work tomorrow hopefully. But, out of curiosity, what happens to your account when it expires? I know it isn't deleted, but I have some skills in my training queue that will take 2-3 days to finish. When an account expires, is the training queue cleared? Or do the skills that were on the queue finish?
