To be honest, I REALLY want a Colonel Volgin skin for Ganondorf.
You sure one hasn't been made already? There's tons of skins for him out there.
To be honest, the competitive crowd ARE the only people left playing Brawl. And few of them ever strayed from MK.
I can second this. The last time that I went to play competitively, I saw that about half the competitors were MK, and most of the others were either Marth, Snake, or Toon Link.
I am beginning to think that only me and my brother are the only ones who play as anyone else anymore (me usually picking either Link or Samus, with my bro picking either Wolf or Ness).

No, an official one.
his attacks are too weak to even be considered
His moves may be weak, but he's an amazing damage builder. "Too weak to even be considered" is a seriously wrong thing to say.

4 characters on Super Smash Bros. Brawl I would never be are Ike (May be powerful, but too damn slow), Diddy Kong and Donkey Kong (Why must they exist?), and Metaknight. Metaknight may be cool and fast, and can glide, but seriously? his attacks are like a mosquito bite. They barely make a person flinch. Only his special is acceptable, and that's barely decent.
Hiss attacks are incredibly fast and have the highest priority. Essentially, there are few few opportunities where his attacks won't hit.
And then Facepunch was GameFAQs.
i really need to find myself a new gamecube controller, there's a lot of unresponsiveness with my current one, losing me a lot of games. And i hate those Mad Katz ones that gamestop sells, just atrocious imo.

Oh God, the MadKatz controller. I remember using that thing at a friend's house. So atrocious...
If anything, I can't stand Link.
He's way too slow for his power.

He seems vertically challenged in SSBB.

I really hope you are talking about Melee, because in Brawl Link is one of the worst characters in the game.
Diddy Kong master race

Which is one of the reasons I use Toon Link. That and the fact that his smash up isn't two pitiful slashes then a strong slash.

As someone who has won tournaments with Brawl Link, I am going to have to MAJORLY disagree with you on that one.
He has enough power to hold his own, and his wide range of weapons, such as the Wind Boomerang and the bombs all have their own uses. You just have to learn how to combine these tools together to keep your opponent on their toes.
I have won numerous times just by tossing a well placed boomerang, "blowing" people off/away from the stage. I have stopped people from recovering by simply spamming non-charged arrows.
My point is, Link is not the "worst" character in the game. Quite frankly, I find that none of them are particularly horrible. Each one has their own use, and Link's is to use the various projectiles to his advantage.

Luck.
Luck.
You can get "luck" KOs with every character :v:
his meteor smash really nice
I love the hell out of Falco, but not for his B projectile like most people do: his smashes are just perfect.

Link has practically no recovery, just hit him off the stage and you can gimp him so easily. And what tournaments were you playing in if you were able to win as Link? Please don't tell me it was one of those local gamestop ones...
I also never said he is the worst just really bad, the worst spot is already taken by Ganon, and if you can find something Ganon is good at please I would love to hear it.
Out of my local group of friends (or not so local these days) the characters I've seen people play best as on Melee are Marth, Roy, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Fox, Falco, Cpt Falcon, and Ganon.

Eh... What do you mean by this?
It sounds like your against what I said by your first statement, but you said that "Brawl Link is one of the worst characters..."
Isn't that an extension of my claim?

I'm speaking from a casual playing standpoint. Sure, if used tactically, any character can be amazing.
But for normal, casual, no special tactics play? I think that Link is bad.

You really don't find Ganon to be particularly horrible? Link is bad btw.
I don't get why you guys are fussing over competition and that. Thing is, it's just a game. Play whoever you want. People just take this shit too seriously.
but fuck metaknight

I'm not saying don't play Link I'm saying he's bad.
I played him a lot at one point.
PM me if you guys wanna fight. Might not be on to respond but I'll try my best :v:

I might go on in a bit. I'll message you when I'm on. :)
Y'all crazy bashing Link he's my main main. Tournament types are far too quick to dismiss moves and characters as useless. Sometimes I wonder if they really want to play the game at all and would rather have some sort of machine quantify their skill and compare that instead.
Also, I don't understand the people who go online and just want to hit the D-Pad all day instead of playing Brawl.
On three separate occassions people onlone have unanimously ganged up on me without the means to communicate with each other.
