i was on sgc clan server at a oil rig when what i thought was the british i set off alarms jumped and half way down shot a team member in the back of head i said sorry and left
I was playing css on poolday I'd only just joined so I had a deagle then turned a corner there were 2 guys there and I just clicked twice randomly and killed both of 'em with head shots.

Also, the most epic kill, I know this was scripted but the final boss in Research and Development, Mr Whirly fucked his shit up good.
While I was escaping city 17 I was punching Hunters (20 to 30 a day barehanded). My buddies would pick off the combine with their AR3s, the alternate fire being a fist that kills hunters. Needless to say we did things differently in the city than you country folk. But now I am a radio operator.
I headshot an a invisible spy with the hunstman in TF2 on 2Fort. It was a terrible shot too.

Oh, yes, I was there too. I also punched this Hunter so hard I earned the achievement... er... "Hunter punter". That's the one.
On Day of Defeat : Source, I came out of a concrete base into a snow map and there were 4 enemies camping around me, on top left on a hill aiming at me, one to the left near me, one halfway down a hil lto my right and another to my extreme right up high on another tall hill... all aiming at me... with my sniper I killed all 4 of them... it was a good feeling, then they banned me. I didnt cheat!
1 vs 1 on dust2 CSS, had shot the guy very low at mid, came up A ramp towards site, flashed short and got the flash kill ^^. Watched it back on Source TV, and the flash bounced off the wall opposite short, off the steps and hit him in the leg as he ran around. Pretty unlucky, but an awesome kill :D
I threw a grenade in a room and I got eight kills. (HL2DM)

Noscoping with the sniper rifle in OpFor made me feel awesome even though it is piss easy.
I made a kill as a suicide bomber in DoD:S. I ran into a building with an active grenade.
I shot one with a shotgun and I killed an enemy while going around in circles and still going. It was funny.
headshoted a rocket jumping soldier no scope on tf2 in 2fort
i also shot a moving scout from across the map mario_kart then gave him the last wave
