PS Vita Monster Hunter Confirmed? I'm not familiar with the source, but it seems as if the Vita is getting a Monster Hunter Game. Not sure if it's going to be an original title for the system or a port, but still potentially good news for series fans.
I don't believe it, the Vita is capable of having a good control scheme for all games and Monster Hunter requires impossible controls that break your fingers.
Monster Hunter is so easy to play on the PSP, which is missing a stick. It'll be fine on Vita. Plus, any console the series hits manages to move many copies of both the game, and the system in question. Cha-Ching Capcom and Sony.
Looks like Amazon UK is trying to lure in UK preorders. Amazon Offering Free 8GB Memory Card and £15 Game PlayStation Vita Bundle Amazon UK The games you could get for £15 are Rayman Origins, Lumines Electronic Symphony, Vitua Tennis 4, Dnegeon Hunter Alliance, or wait for it, Michael Jackson the Experience. If you already preordered off Amazon, you should still be entitled to this offer.
Make a Monster Hunter, then we'll talk.
hey guys whats going on
hey guys whats going on
Well, that was a waste of resources.
Microwaving/Destroying expensive new shit is quite possibly the dumbest fucking thing ever. The commentary on this particular video is also notably terrible. EDIT: Mortal Kombat on Vita contains all DLC characters and costumes plus new unlockables, 150 new challenge tower rooms some of which utilize Vita specific controls, and utilizes touch screen controls for X-Ray moves and Fatalities. I might repurchase the game on Vita.
I will probably get me one of these for my birthday this year, would be nice seeing as I sold my old PaperweightStation Portable.
Looks like some homebrew is being run on Vita. These homebrews are run using the HBL exploit through the psp emulator on the vita. It's not custom firmware, but still neat to see.
and so it begins
you do understand that if it uses the psp emulator it means you cant take advantage of any of the vita hardware right
Well, that was a waste of resources.
I feel bad for all the workers at Foxconn who worked their asses off for this shit to happen.

I used my PSP for porn when i was young.
My friend got one of these through taco bell 5 dollar boxes. The thing is, I bought him the winning one.
I used my PSP for porn when i was young.
I basically used mine as a portable PS1
Im getting my tax return back next week which i will promptly use to pre-order one of these beautiful little machines. Cannot wait. I just wish Gravity Rush was a launch title because as of now there isn't a great launch title for me. Uncharted will probably be pretty good but it just doesn't strike me as the kind of game that i want to take around and play. If i wanted to play Uncharted i would like to be in front of a nice big tv to get that amazing cinematic quality .
The touch-screen gimmick actually makes it look nice. I saw a few clips of the PSstore.
Watching this makes me wish I still had my PSP homebrewed.
You can run custom firmware on any PSP model running any official firmware version at this point. When the PS3 was hacked the PSP signing keys were leaked as well and unlike on the PS3, Sony wasn't able to fix it. It isn't permanent custom firmware so you have to boot into it each time you start the system up but I like that, less risk of bricking and you can keep both CFW and OFW on the same system. http://code.google.com/p/procfw/ [editline]5th February 2012[/editline] Looking at their site, seems the Pro-CFW guys have an official firmware check bypass for the Vita already. I think this thing is going to be fully hacked soon
i might just get one this summer then in that case i got a psp and really wanted to play it, but never did for some reason

Looking at that video of the launch games actually has me interested in a Vita now. It'll definitely be a sell if they get custom firmware. I remember in my senior year of high school, I put 70 hours into Pokemon Crystal on my psp. All I ever used it for was emulators. No regrets.
They already hacked the Vita? I like where this is going.
