I opened up the extra races and decided to play as God. I failed horribly. I then tried Catgod. 5 hours later I was level 7 with 12000 GP, a blessed coral pistol, a cursed obsidian wakasagi (Don't know how to spell it) and blessed armor. I've got 504 speed and other amazing stats. So use the extra race Catgod if you have trouble.
I used my 504 speed to escape the bandits once, ran into 2 hard gays, a big daddy, and I hunt a lot.
Also, there's a scroll of oracle, if you use it it tells you where artifacts generated. There was a sword that ends all in my house, but it apparently disappeared.

Why would you want to easymode? Especially in a singleplayer game. It makes games very boring.

you can read anything that's on the floor and readable. Just press r.
You need scroll of uncurse.

I'm not going to bother typing out a long tutorial on how to press shift+/ and putting it in the OP. Everything you need to know can be learned from looking at the wiki THAT IS LINKED TO ON THE MAIN PAGE OF THE SITE or ACTUALLY DOING THINGS.

I was in wizard mode but you can get one by regular wish too by typing "deed" and you should get a deed to a cozy house. plus type "girls" to get a diary, read the diary, and now you have a 2nd hoe :D
