Indeed it is, horrible web browsing, i need to go fullscreen to view most videos on youtube, and zoom out on FP...
How do you learn to cook?
15 platinum coins at the skill trainer
My neck swelled up and then like a minute later I found an amulet but can't wear it >.<
[editline]02:25PM[/editline]
This game... :iia:
How do you increase your performing skill? I'm a pianist and I currently own a ranch and a farm and a bunch of other shit from before it's too late-ing, but I need a better way to increase my performer skill.
Note: You don't get money all the time.
Yes you do. You just get tired unless you rest like three times prior.
You have to go until THEY stop, not YOU stop.
[editline]03:33PM[/editline]
And booze costs so much you often don't get more than you spend.
Unless you do it to different shopkeepers, which give you like 1900 after a buildup of an in-game week.

I'll rest 3 times next time then.
How do you pause the game? Just not move?
Aw damnit, I die all the time in this lvl1 cave :/ the bats are killing me.
I found a belt, picked it up and now I'm wearing it and it is cursed. How do I get it off?
-.-
And there aren't any before its too late quests. There are only red quests in vernis..
Oh and my pet girl set of a trap in vernis, now it's gone. How do I bring it back?
i can't finded any uncruse scrolls i go to the magic shop and there never avalible :(((((
I'd say quite a bit more. And by the way furries, you can combine lolis and dogs in this game. It should appeal to you too.
Where's the part where you rape her? >:C
To the two people needing help: You can bring back pets by talking to the bartender in every town. The shops restock every week, so wait a little bit and then check back (and don't put on unidentified equipment in the first place).
And my own question: I found a pretty decent breastplate, but it was cursed. I uncursed it, and it still teleports me, but I can remove it so I know it's not cursed. How can I stop it from teleporting me?
Scout, check your feats page, you might have a disease or something.
It's still the damn plate, when I take it off it stops teleporting me and the "Your equipment causes you to teleport" dissapears off the feats page (thanks judge). I'm just going to put it in my storage house (thanks aizawa) and buy a new plate.
how does this compare to stone soup?
how does this compare to stone soup?
Why don't you try it and find out?
Stone soup is just a really big dungeon. Elona has quests and such, and more than one dungeon.
elona is a challenging game at first, but here's what i did to make the game a bit easier
i started as a Juere pianist, so you can start out with a good source of income and with a good attack.
dropped EVERYTHING EXCEPT WEAPONS AND POTIONS in my house; i did not use the items from the tutorial. just skip everything and you should get a free identify scroll and uncurse scroll (THESE ARE GREAT AND ARE EXTREMELY HARD TO COME BY IN THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME).
upon leaving my home, i went to Vernis and looked for the "Before it's too late" quests- they are marked as red because there is a skill factor that takes into play (you being able to arrive there on time)
without a burden, i believe, from Vernis, these are the estimated times:
Palmia (east of Vernis): quick, about 3-4 days. Yowyn (southeast): quick, about 3-4 days. Port Kapul (west): 4-5 days. Derphy (southwest, but it's faster going west then south): 4-5 days. Lumiest (way east, the "island city"): 7-8 days. Noyel (city of snow, be prepared for a LONG trip, excluding snow drifts): anywhere from 7 to 12 days.
if you have any questions, just PM me with a screenshot if possible.

good reason why you should never wear unidentified items
there is a mage in almost every town that specializes in identifying items for a price- look for the blue cloak as a wall tile, or a character with a blue robe and red trim around it. it's cheaper to have them identify all of your items, and if there is a high level item (precious items, and normally equipment that carries more than 6 feats) you have to pay more for it to be fully identified
It wasn't unidentified, I had it identified then uncursed it, and it still had cursed properties even though it shouldn't have :argh:
Ether wind is fucking annoying. I once had to travel in it because I was delivering something.
Now I'm teleporting all over the damn place!
It's probably better to fail the quest and lose fame and karma than risk traveling through etherwind.
I just got paid 1000 coins, and 2 rods to get some firewood...I exchanged it for my vomit, it worked

Yeah, I realised that a bit too late, I have 4 stages of the disease though
It's probably better to fail the quest and lose fame and karma than risk traveling through etherwind.
I learned this too late, now I teleport randomly and have severe dementia
Well if you did get infected by the etherwind, the main quest provides a potion of cure corruption. I'm not sure how effective it is, but it'll knock atleast one stage off your disease.
I wished for a hammer and now I've got the Gaia Hammer and it kills hermit crabs in one hit.
I have around 4 potions of cure corruption, 3 of them I found while dungeon diving and the other I won at the casino. :v:

I don't believe in god :( Also I fucking hate hermit crabs. It takes forever to kill them. They do like no damage to me but brutally rape my bear in 3 hits. God he's such a pussy... I should've gone with the little girl. Also whats a good way to tell which weapons do more damage? I wish they had simpiler stats.

wishing does not require a god, it's a random occurrence.
as for your pet, it seems your bear needs to be a higher level- the little girl does the most damage out of the pets, I believe.
the damage system relies on simulated dice rolls, for example a (2d5-1) scythe has 2 dice rolls, each time being 1-5. the -1 shows a damage bonus, in this case a negative one. a number in parenthesis next to it would indicate a hit bonus.
Uh...I accidently told my pet to go to town..now I cant find him/her...help?

Cure corruption potions cure 2 symptoms caused by etherwind (4 if blessed, one or none if cursed).
