Are there individual codes for the Sanctum DLC? Because I have the game but not the DLC.

There are indeed seperate codes, for each DLC. The 3 that are on there at the moment are Violator, Penetrator and Killing Floor, if you didn't already know.

What I don't understand is why Indie Royal Bundle is hosting a preview video of Rage, cause that I definitely could not see in a bundle.

It also fits the bill of it being difficult, so I reckon you might have a good guess on that one. I for one already have it, but I definitely wouldn't mind seeing more people have the game...As for what else there could be, I'm hoping for Sequence, but it's rather unlikely. At least, that is what I remember from when this was first discovered, and if I am wrong, I apologize. Edit: I agree with the guy above me.
