I miss hearing this while exploring in Oblivion. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2FtDqkxXcc&feature=related
:byodood: Oh my god. That and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZJtj9gb0q4 Hearing that while riding up the coast of Leyawiin. I miss hearing... "By the nine divines!"
I remember the time when I first saw the commercials of the first Call of Duty on TV. The game looked a little bit stupid at first but then my dad bought it and I played it. I was blown away. Wish I could experience that feeling again.
Oh god. Oh god. Call of Duty 1. I have lost count on how many times I've completed it. I still remember each mission - Being a pathfinder, then breaking the halftrack, taking the town, holding out in the church, breaking the tanks, killing the mortar teams, running away in the car, then running away in another car, getting to HQ... God damn you. I wish I could complete it just one more time, but I can't bring myself to do it. What I hate, is when I forget all about a game, I go to play it again, then as soon as I play it, I remember everything again, which makes it a waste of time.
One word: Sandbox.
i want to re-experience total annihilation again yeah, for an rts from 1997 about identical robots fighting you wouldn't expect much, but the music, the atmosphere, the sheer size of the battles and the LORE they pumped into the damn game.. it's just mindblowing.
First time playing Oblivion, oh god that was something . . . Alright, lets find some amnesia pills.
I have to admit though, there's always at least one point in a game where I ALWAYS forget how to solve a puzzle or defeat a boss, and that makes it a lot of fun. :v:
For some reason, when ever I had malicious plans, this song would always play. :v: I'm pooping myself over how much the oblivion music is effecting me.

"You stupid Nord" or "STOP YOU HAVE VIOLATED THE LAW". I seem to still hear them when I'm listening to this :ohdear:
I wish I never saw the ending of borderlands, It must've been the worst ending in video game history. Even Tetris has a better ending.
brb playing oblivion thank you thread
Yeah I feel this is so true of open world games where such a huge part is discovering thing for the first time. I think this is why I could never get into repeat playthroughs of Fallout 3 and would usually give up after a bit.
List of PS2 games I'm gonna play to remember their stories: -Jak 3 -NFSU2 -Shittons Fuck yeah
People posting nostalgic music of OBLIVION?! Bitches obviously never played Morrowind, that's the best TES game, and has the best soundtrack by far.
P&C adventure games are crap if you know what to do. [editline]14th November 2010[/editline]
People posting nostalgic music of OBLIVION?! I want to erase my mind of playing WoW. It was fucking awesome and beautiful the first time I played it.
I think I'll experience what you are talking about when Episode 3 comes out.
Dragon Age: Origins was the game that had this effect on me most.. Despite having multiple endings i just wish i would be as immersed into it as I was on my first character. The only thing you can do is hope for new and improved releases :)
I want to erase my memory of GTA: IV because my save got wiped twice in a row and I know everything that's happened up until the point I'm at
I want to start Red Dead Redemption without knowing all of the spoilers.
1 - I have yet to play the game. 2 - I know nothing about the story. 3 - You've got me interested in buying it. 4 - I'll leave now because you guys are going to spoil my shit within seconds if I don't.
People posting nostalgic music of OBLIVION?! Bitches obviously never played Morrowind, that's the best TES game, and has the best soundtrack by far.
Daggerfall is the best.
Here's hoping TES V has a partially randomized wilderness!
Here's hoping TES V has a partially randomized wilderness!
I'd love that. Something like a few sectors of freezed position and look, you know, Main towns, quest places and such, and the other sectors completely random generated. . . god that would be awesome. . . And with no doubt possible.
