Skate 3 - Entering Vert Contests and Slamming Your Face Into a Bus.

Skate 3 is a great game, even if you aren't fond of skating yourself. I was skeptical at first but then I picked up my brothers copy, tried it out, and am really enjoying every minute of it. Also, It seems to be one of the few games for Ps3 that let you play your own music.

I heard that you can now turn on the Hall of Meat effects (i.e. showing your broken bones after a bail etc) in Free Skate mode, is that true? I hated how in Skate 2 I could only see it when I'd topped a previous high score.

About that getting hurt issue, you actually get a black eye by pretty much any bail. Which sucks if you're like me and film clips for a fictional skate team and have to go into create-a-skater and go out again, just to get rid of that fucking black eye.

It's a shame my connection speed is too low to watch all these videos properly because they're thoroughly enjoyable. What's the best/easiest way to start making videos? I'd like to give it a try sometime.

The easiest way would probably be getting your hands on some recording device for your console, instead of uploading the clips to the internet, it takes too long to upload, and there's a limit of how many videos you can upload.

It's the easiest way, but buying such a recording device isn't free. (weird huh)

I've played Skate 2 and I can say Skate 3 is a lot more fun. I would definitely buy it if I were you.

I love the Skate Series. specially Skate 2 and 3. Must of put around 200+ hours in both games. I just like how even if there is nothing to do. Just skating around and hurting yourself is still fun.
