wait
earl and devon are gone too?
oh fuck
You have the worst 'friend' ever
I was gifted Dragon Age, the $80 (I think?) version over Steam from some random guy on /v/ before it came out. A few days later I heard about this whole gift thing and was scared for a good month before I figured he really did do it to randomly gift someone a game and not to be an ass.

when was I worth a shit to anyone
Your friend gifted it to you, with a stolen credit card, the payment was fraudulent and so you too are in trouble with it. I don't think you can be in legal problems, but your account will most likely be disabled for "fraudulent activity".
It wasn't a stolen card what are you talking about

So come on msn and talk with me and iRunner :h:

Is it mysterious if a friend of mine gives it to me so I can play with other friends?
It wasn't from someone we don't know.

Dang. I read wrong. Still, good luck with (maybe) getting your Steam accounts back.

oh we will
we will
right now we're just waiting
Shit, that sucks. Hopefully you all will get your accounts back. Good luck.
I hope you'll get your account back, iRunner. I never played with you though, but from what I saw here on FP, you seem to be a nice guy.
even mine and a friends have been disabled, i've spent a fuckton on games and shit lately so i can only assume it's flagged something
Sooner we get them back, the better.
Thanks for the support guys, speaking of the accounts disabled, I haven't turned off my pc since it said it disabled my account, so it's like I'm in my account but not logged in to the friends list...

Silly steam
I got the same thing 3 days ago....
But it was because I gifted a friend a game and the bank canceled the payment without my knowledge.
I sent in a ticket and here's the reply

The bank still refuses to give Valve their money. :smithicide:
How long did it take for valve to get back to you about that?
2 days.
Well, since I didn't buy the stuff, it was a gift, what are my chances of getting my stuff back? :smith:

You will when your friend contacts the bank,I think.

If he's being a dick, that could take forever.
If he's being a dick, that could take forever.
But the good news that his friend's account got disabled as well.
This sucks, I was friend with Earl,iRunner, and Devon.
You guys do know the person who bought all these gifts was drako, she got her account disabled too, I just hope she can fix this, she's not an ass, she is the nicest person I've met
I can't believe this would happen. I'm going to be paranoid when I buy things. good luck iRunner.
Recently a friend gifted me bloody good time and Call of duty black ops,
I heard a sound coming from my pc a while ago, I woke up to see what it was, then steam tells me there has been a problem with the payment over black ops and bloody good time and that i should delete it's content, after I uninstall the stuff I still can't sign in
I'm worried :frown:
I really don't want my account disabled over two bad games
so why would your e-friend gift you "bad games" you didn't even want? and for free.. your e-friend was obviously using a stolen credit card.

didn't know using your parent's credit card with permission was stealing
guess that means I stole from my dad multiple times

parent's credit card, are you 12?
after taking a look at your youtube page i can safely assume that you're an extreme tf2 fan. someone probably reported you after a bad trade or something (yes, that's how bad tf2 is). anyway, my comment was not directed to you so i'm not replying any further
Oh lord, I didn't know people scammed via gifting :O.
I will never accept another gift :ohdear:
Good luck iRunner :frown:
You're gonna need it.

What I mean by bad games is, I did want the games, but bloody good game gets boring way too fast and CoD:Bo has a very bad performance.
