Sometimes you hear the "backwards" zombies sounds when just playing normally. Most often if they are on fire and have finished with the "auugh fire, yabba my icing" routine.

Yes
Those sounds aren't even backwards. Zombies make those noises normally when you set them on fire.

Here are some more of the monster's sounds played backwards.
I find it really funny how valve does all sorts of these cool little things. And we probably notice 10% of them. I mean for all we know the combine sounds could be some sort of encrypted binary!!! Or maybe some of these secrets arent even contained in sounds!!!
Oh yeah, and when I head the zombie sound backwards, I felt bad for all the zombies I pwned with the crowbar... either way... GOOD JOB VALVE!!!

Um can you click it. I'm to lazy to tell you what it is.
Get GCFScape, go to C:/Program Files/Steam/Steamapps, open source sounds.gcf, and jerk around. Soon you will find that Valve tried to get you to piss yourself as frequently as possible.
I spent too much time learning about Half-Life. It was worth it, but it took alot of time.
