I think that it should be like Fable III, You have to fight through Facepunch until you get to Garry, once you kill him, you rule Facepunch. But then 4chan, or more notable /b/, attacks you and you have to fight through 4chan until you get to Moot, once you kill Moot, the ultimate peace is restored and you win.

Alright heres a idea if you wish to use this I wish you would make a character of me, but if not thats fine too.
Users: Regular people who go about their lives and recieve quests from facepunch's Oracle(Start a Thread) each quest has a good and bad reaction depending on which you choose.
Facepunch has been corrupted lately. The Admins have turned everything around and banned alot of good people. Most people left are shitposters expect for:

(EVERYONE IN THE PIXEL WARS SECTION/THREAD MOSTLY).

Health = Stamina, to keep you going through those 3am flame wars
Mana = Bandwidth, to use intensive stuff like uploading images and video
Post Count = Level/XP, every 100 posts or so you level up
Some items can help you. For example, you can chug a 5-hour energy in the middle of a flame war, or install a new router to increase your Bandwidth.
There should be like a council of elders made up of all of the mods with Garry in the middle as the big leader.
I thought of doing something like this a while back and came up with some ideas but never got round to it.

Facepunch has been invaded by /b/, and the mods have been captured. Anonymous has locked all the boards, trapping all of the mods and people within them, along with a host of 4chan, troll, and noob-themes enemies and bosses.
You are a Gold Member of Facepunch who tried to stop /b/, but was permabanned by their leader. The only way you can get online to stop them is to create a new account, despite its weakness. You do so, and pledge to liberate the mods from each board, one by one.
Attacking a board is the actual gameplay, where you go, fight monsters, etc. When you beat the final boss guarding each board, you can unlock it, freeing its mod and granting new items and skills to your shop. For example, liberating the MS Paint board may add some Pixel Wars-themed avatars and abilities to the shop, and unlocking Hardware and Software might make some new computer upgrades available.
Finally, when all of the boards have been liberated and all the mods rescued (You don't have to do all of them... maybe just most of them), you can take on a final challenge: General Discussion, the stronghold of the invasion. You charge in, confront the final boss, and kick some serious ass. Then you save Garry, and he puts Facepunch back to the way it was before the attack. And you're a hero, and see your Gold Member status returned.

Expanding on this: Have it so you can buy stuff from Gold Members, but you can give them more money than whatever they are selling actually costs. Make it easy to accidentally give them all your money, and when you do you get an "OH GOD OH GOD WERE GOING TO BE POOR" scene :v:

Make a time warp where you go back to old FP and you have to find a cure before your smartness drops too low and you die
