I think this is superior to Quake 3 when comparing online gameplay.
I used to think the same thing until I actually tried Quake 3... when you compare the gamemodes on paper, Unreal Tournament seems to be the winner, as it has a lot more gamemodes. Hell, Quake 3 didn't even have teams originally, but got them in Team Arena along with some new gamemodes.
However, Quake 3 has better map design, weapon balance, and better feel to the weapons overall (this one is my opinion though).
That's not to say that UT is a bad game or anything, it's great, I just feel that Quake 3 is superior when it comes to pure gameplay.

So many good memories with this game. I always got pissed when other kids in my class could play it. I was one of the unfortunate ones who rarely got to play it.
Damnit Timesplitters 2 already got posted.
Have music I guess.

Resident Evil with Dinosaurs. In some ways it works even better than the original Zombie flavor. It's such a shame that the third one sucked so horribly Capcom decided it'd rather forget the franchise even existed rather than try to make up for it with a sequel that continued where the cliffhanger of Dino Crisis 2 left off.
Hello fello Facepuncherans! This thread is for remembering and sharing about long gone games, that should have continued, or should have been more popular. Ill start us off.
Army Men, I played this during my early childhood, been gone for a while...
Army Men: Sarges Heroes, another version of the last game, it was a shooter series based on army men.
Metal Arms: Glitch in the System, This is my all time favorite 3rd person shooter, look it up, i'm sure you have never heard of it.
Star wars Battlefront, you guys should know this one...
Half-Life, :P
If you guys know these, or want to share more, comment below.
Every time there's a "nostalgia" thread Metal Arms gets posted at least four times.
Anyway, this is probably my most nostalgic game:

I don't really know why. Maybe because this is the game that introduced me to metroidvania-style gameplay.
Fun fact: The rating of this game varies from T to M depending on who you ask. I have no idea if it was changed in later releases or something, but I own the T-rated version. I definitely wouldn't recommend this game to a kid, if only because the Shakespearean language would go right over their head.

In a sense it comes off to me as a ripoff that I missed the original HL age of games such as TFC and CS. (considering that they are currently repopulated by bots.)
