Total Annihilation - arguably the best RTS of all time, and still one of my favourites. The graphics were incredible for the time, using 3D models for the units (!), and it was released with a 200 unit maximum cap for any side, because the producers believed that that was all that computers of the time could could cope with. There's a modern remake, called Total Annihilation Spring - the maker of the original Total Annihilation also went in to found Gas Powered Games and produce Supreme Commander.

I had one of those games, I think it was one of the last ones released. It was Return of the Incredible Machines: Contraptions. I sadly lost the original box, and its instead inside a temporary one. I never actually bothered to do any of the puzzles, I just messed around in the level editor. Mel will never be the same.
There was another game that was, if I'm not mistaken, made or published at least by the same people as that version of contraptions; Traintown. I don't know if any of you will have played it, but the intro alone brings back so many goddamn memories:
