A few threads back I offered myself to take detailed screenshots of it in Lord of the Rings Online to use as a reference. But I only managed to get 5-10% before I quit. The place is too massive. It wouldn't fit on the largest set Fortress area.

I think i live in an evil biome... demon rats... knuckle worms... blood gnats... and ogres (at the beggining only luckily)... This was the actual reason for starting a new fortress. nothing happened in the old one, more will happen here probably

Only locations I could conceivably do are the Bridge of Khazad-Dum and the Chamber of Mazarbul. That's why I recommended Orzammar, since it's relatively small and it has easily noticeable parts (Market district, mansions for nobles, large magma lake, arena.)
When the new version comes out, I'm going to create the greatest military facility known to dwarf-kind. People of all races will come from around the world to be treated in my wards.
Also, I will have a humane PoW camp that follows the Geneva Convention.
Moria will have to wait until the new version, but it will definitely have to be in the ones which have a depth of 100 tiles.

I don't know if you're new or not, but that design looks extremely inefficient.
Also, stone stockpiles = FAIL. Instead, just designate all your stones to be dumped (via the stocks menu) into a 1x1 dump zone right in front of say, your Masonry, and then just reclaim them (and make sure you don't have stone stockpiles or your dwarves will just take them back to the stockpiles)
This way, you save a lot of space, as all your stones are in a single 1x1 pile.

Ok, the fortress proper is safe, but the surface world belongs to Frog Demons now. Luckily, I can just dig an extensive underground network so the work on the pyramid can remain unimpeded.
