I had the same issue because I changed the resolution to something I couldn't use.
When you race against people's times in speed run mode, are you supposed to see their ghost? Because it doesn't show up for me.

No, whenever I start the game I have to reboot the computer because my keyboard/mouse stop responding because of the stupid "Input Signal out of range" message.
