Aw are you going to cry?
You are just proving how much of an asshole you are. Now lets get back on topic.
I am interested to know what happened to nomad even if he does have a goofy voice, based off of the ending of crysis 1
Before Crysis 2 came out I actually thought that Gould might be Nomad due to some certain similarities, but I wasn't so sure because in C1 we never got to hear Nomad speak in a normal voice. He was always A. Yelling B. Panicked C. Both.
[editline]30th March 2011[/editline]
Crytek should have thought about the stealthy players when writing the lines.
*Kills only 4 people who are required to be killed*
-later that week-
"Holy shit dude, Alcatraz is here, HE WIPED OUT COBALT SECTION!!!"
So CELL, I hear you guys like to make your military platoons consist of 4 people.
How is it the game's fault that you lost power and your extras are gone? Shit like that happens.
games should save
"shit like that happens" is a terrible excuse, it shouldn't happen

Nomad's real name is Jake Dunn.
I mean, after all, it should be possible to save total kills in the RAM.
In Warhead the amount of secret frog unlocks you found got stored across levels for the secret unlockable endings, so why can't they do that with total kills in a level to change the lines that enemies say?
HOLY SHIT MY AUTOMERGE

Hows was I supposed to figure that out?

Dammit, the game really doesn't want me to play it.
I get "The connection to session has been lost." error every five minutes, in 2-3 days I only managed to play 2 complete rounds.
[editline]30th March 2011[/editline]
Multiplayer that is.
I have stopped playing multiplayer until a developer says stat tracking is fixed.
Oh...my...god...
Okay, decent game so far, but those fucking clawed Ceph bastards are the biggest goddamn cheats in this game. Not only do they tend to head your general direction while cloaked, but when the fuckers lunge, they ALWAYS lunge at YOU, invisible or not. Just about every fucking game-over I've faced was because those bastards got in a shot at me, blew my cover, and I was unable to recover and kill it before they took me down.
I got killed by someone using airstomp in multiplayer. My reaction was pretty much:

I've also managed to die by having the drop pod crash on my head making the entire server burst out laughing. :v:
Playing the 360 beta, 360 demo, PS3 demo, PC demo, and PC live, I have seen two people killed by air stomp. And one was from me.

They were talking about Cobalt section being killed before you start shooting anyone IIRC, either way I got the impression it was Nomad who did it

I managed to kill 2 guys with one airstomp :buddy:
this game is amazingly fun. the gameplay is great and challenging, the graphics are at the peak of awesomeness, and the new york environment is a blast to shoot in. also it runs fantastic on my mediocre gtx260 with extreme settings.
it went way beyond my expectations. gg crytek
It runs like shit at Extreme for me, ok at Advanced, and perfectly on high. GTX 260, Q9550 2.83 quad core CPU, 8 GB DDR2 memory.
GTS 250, 3,2 Ghz Core Duo, 4GB DDR3.
Runs perfectly on Very High and pretty good on Extreme.
I want 64bit version :saddowns:
Ati 5770, 4 GB ram, 2.5 GHz quad core. Runs at extreme with a full 60 Fps.
Alright already, I'm pretty sure everyone can run it at a steady 60 FPS with whatever they have and on whatever setting.
I can't run it at all.
But that's probably because I don't have it.
Not sure though.
What the hell is wrong with my computer.

it shouldn't run like shit for you
what fps do you usually have? i get around 50fps outdoors and over 60fps indoors
I haven't measured my FPS, that is why I used terms like "ok" and "shit" :v:

agree, I thought I wouldn't be able to run it as good as it looks on my shit gts250

1680x1050 with a constant 60 fps.
i get a cool 60-70 during gunfights, rarely below, and 80 when its chill and 120-200 indoors.
although that's not my full crossfire performance, should be getting about a quarter more.
[editline]30th March 2011[/editline]
this was the 'boast about your performance' time right?
This is one of the best games ive played in a while, now ive got a shitload of school work to catch up on :v:
I get 18 FPS when recording :buddy:
I don't really like how Crytek made the suit the "it was alien all along" next-to-main subject of the game.
I don't really like how Crytek made the suit the "it was alien all along" next-to-main subject of the game.
it wasn't. it's just that hargreave knew about the aliens prior to building the suit so it has technology capable of using the alien DNA
[editline]30th March 2011[/editline]
because yeah man, the suit was alien all along that's why it speaks english to you DUuuRrRr
[editline]30th March 2011[/editline]
i went and replayed crysis 1, and apart from running worse, i really noticed how terrible the suit VOX sounds. low quality audio and shit.
and the gameplay is really not as good in crysis 1. the shooting and hit registry system sucks. what it does have that is nicer is the size and gun placement, it's much smaller, lower and to the right, like pc games should be.
