Where do I get the 1.1 version?
I was just about to start up the Editor now, but it has just decided to not work anymore ([url=http://puu.sh/3jqd]crash on startup all out of a sudden[/url]) so a patch may be very damn helpful.

Allright, found it on Crymod.
A lot of the time in Crysis 2 I would try and go at a situation stealthily but often it was just impossible and i was forced to just shoot everything up. especially once the aliens showed up.

The Sandbox patch didn't fix this problem (Which actually just suddenly started to happen today)

Delete Sandbox in registry.

No you need to delete the entire Sandbox3 folder (if there is one).

Same thing, just download Sandbox 3 from Crymod.

So Crytek removed all the useful console options?
If by "useful" you mean "cheats", yeah, they're removed. In fact, I don't think there are any console commands except for the ones that fuck with the graphics settings.
By useful I mean completely harmless for single player. Crytek are morons if they can't simply disable stuff for MP mode.
I want to run some custom resolutions but it tells me r_width is unknown.
I just finished Singleplayer and holy fuck what a ride. The amount of chaos and destruction they wreck upon the city is.. beautiful.
Awesome levels, fights and the story wasn't too bad either. Holy fuck I can't even tell the most epic scene there were so many.
I think seeing central park in the end was probably my favourite.

and then comes multiplayer.
on the bright side if I remember correctly crytek Britain handled multiplayer so it's not like the original makers of crysis fucked up

I'm hoping that with the SDK and Sandbox Editor out now we'll start seeing some cool new maps and gameplay changes. I'd especially love to see a "ClassicCry" mode where you have stuff like leaning, prone, and (proper) maximum speed.

Hell no. I don't know why people say that.. you run around killing people yeah.. but that doesn't make it CoD.
It feels much better than CoD and with the amazing graphics and the cool suit powers it surpasses anything I would call 'CoD'.

You have killstreaks, perks, weapons and attachments that you have to unlock by levelling up, first-person killcam...obviously these features aren't unique to Call of Duty, but the combination of things that Crysis 2 MP has in common with the recent CoD games has lead to "cowadooty with nanosuits" becoming a widely-held sentiment amongst players.
I still enjoy it in any case.
It still bugs me they were a lot of glitches in the game. I feel it wasn't polished enough before release and it was kind of rushed. There's some kind of white pixels around the character when swimming, holes in maps, etc.

I really really found Black Ops dull on release date. I got all psyched up about being my first CoD preorder.. maybe that's why. I only played it for a few hours on release.. then never again.
But something about it feels better than CoD.
With the HiRes texture pack and DX11 update, I can no longer going around saying "I can run Crysis 2 smoothly on Ultra :smug:" anymore :(
