You don't need to download a program to be able to upload a save. All you have to do is zip the folder it's in and upload it.

That may not be enough because probably your trees are going to be huge kind of trees. Therefore you should atleast get that 2-3 blocks higher and see results

Saplings will grow to trees. You need 2 blocks of space around the sapling.
