K, then you need to go to the run dialog (or search box on Vista/7) and type in %APPDATA% and hit enter. Then go to .minecraft then texturepacks and put the whole zip file in there. If the texture pack is properly set up for the pack chooser, you should be able to go into the pack chooser menu in Minecraft and choose it now.

Ok Onyx I did that,but they are still not there
You can also just start up Minecraft and choose open texture folder in texture packs
I know Demonkahh but once I put them in the "texturepacks" folder they are still not there
