It looks better than expected.
The eyes are a bit runny and went over to the side and now I have half an eye on the side of my head.

If the server is 64bit, you could try the 64bit Java VM, then you should never really run out of RAM (it can keep allocating RAM it until you run out of disk space from the pagefile)
When I go to download the cartograph program, I download it, and click the .exe, but I get a:

You mean the better grass mod?
It puts the grass texture for the top of a block on the side when there's a 1:1 slope.
