I pride myself on manually ignoring people. Except for Altimor's post on page 11 of the last thread that broke the forum tables. I had to ignore that so I could load the page in less than two minutes.

Anyone else crashing WAY more often after this update in SMP? Not once did I crash before 1.2.2, I've crashed 3 times yesterday and once today (within 30 minutes of logging into my server)

It's the latency issues caused by the recent patch. It seems to be causing a lot more disconnects by timing out.

One of my online "friends" pirated the game. Right now, I'm trying to keep my blood from boiling, due to some of the stupid things he's saying.

Just the Biome mod, but this most recent crash was on a map generated before it was installed. Other than that, just Aza's Arid Texture pack.
Actually, fuck. I think I figured out the problem. Now that I think about it, Minecraft isn't the only game that's been crashing on me lately, it's just the game I've been playing most. I ran a DXdiag with the intention of posting it, and it said it can only detect 4096mb of RAM. You see, that isn't good, because I have three 2gb sticks of memory isntalled
I think maybe one of my memory sticks has gone bad. I'll try reseating it, but if it really is haywire, I'll have to throw the damn thing away and spend of the rest of the day sulking.
This is where the bunk beds are going to be. That fork splits to the rec. room and the restrooms.

I had a friend who pirated it then tried to trick me into helping him troubleshoot the installation even though he knows I'm explicitly against people pirating indie games. He had to try to figure it out himself and couldn't so he bought the game the next day.
