Maybe reason is a better word then. Either way though, you really don't need to give everyone a reason for you cheating in singleplayer. It's a game, games are supposed to be fun. If you find it more fun to cheat, then cheat.

You have to open your Minecraft.jar and delete the META-INF folder as well as dropping in the .class files.
