Colour the image "grasscolor" to alpha.

I think I could use PHP to do it but there are two issues with that.
1.) I don't know PHP at all.

I've asked in the 'Ask Us About the Forums' thread. Hopefully I'll get CompWhizii to answer it since he'll obviously know best. There's been a lot of OIFY people and OIFY sympathizers there lately though.

Replied to that thread about what one method, do not know if it works though, depends on if VBbullitien just links to external avatars, or copies them to the facepunch server
