You have to make a .zip file in the skin folder and then drag the content of the desired skin folder into the .zip, and then name the .zip appropriately so you can find it
The update has rendered the thread title irrelevant. Pigs now react as they should when punched while being ridden.

so, i hosted my server, and as soon as i joined, everything was extremely laggy, and then i exited it.
what am i doing wrong? is it just that my brother's computer is a piece of shit? (need to get my own.)
also, when i join, only a tiny bit of the world generates. its almost like islands.

Concerning biomes vs seasons, it could be done by simply making something very similar to biomes be in the game at the same time, except without terrain features that go with it like biomes have.
So you could call seasons 'moving biomes', you might see the snow slowly approaching.

As long as all of the server files are on the USB stick and in the same folder, I believe you could. You'd still need to install the Java SDK on the computer though.

An Idea by BANNED USER: Minecraft as an early learning tool for infants.
Children are stupid in the early stages of life, mostly because they haven't learned anything yet, so MY idea is to use Minecraft as a basic learning and survival course for 2-3 year olds. Kids get to learn about the earth and its precious elements, cattle, chicken, pig, trees, all that shit. It teaches them the basics of creation by teaching them how to make axes and shovels. All the things you need to learn to make shelter and a means to live by. But it also teaches the darker and truer sides. Creepers coming out of the mines and blowing people up, skeletons having gang wars in the streets, spiders being stupid and creepy. And what its like to go to Hell.
It's ingenious, the market is HUGE!
