I just thought this was a nice thing. I'm not used to things like this with the default world.
Vexx, nice dynamic picture of that fire.

This is my map, and why is there loads of sand above my major city?
My texture packs don't show up on the texture pack selection screen. I'll get pics soon of the folder soon.

Just downloaded it.
Or just set the values back to normal, but removing it is best for normal worlds.
Actually, thinking about it. You can just delete the biome properties file and it'll generate a new default one.
WaterLevel:300
AverageHeightMax:5.0
AverageDepthMax:5.0
Biome mod wont use my settings?

Max height is 128.
Max height is 128.
It wont use the other two though.
It wont use the other two though.
try 0.5 for both.
It wont use the other two though.
Try setting the water height differently and see if it makes the other two work as well. (Also, try average height of more than 5.)
Note to self
Spawning on a floating island made out of sand and then breaking a random block is a very bad idea.
Im a derp, I had the settings in minecraft.jar. :downs:

Also, what are you wanting to make, because I have some understanding of the values and can give you them.

Most like it and you've never liked my texture pack, so, no.

Huge deep ocean that covers the map except for atleast one island.
[editline]12th November 2010[/editline]
Why is it staying a the dirt background?
Huge deep ocean that covers the map except for atleast one island.
Easy, set waterlevel to 85~
Then set these accordingly( you can mess with them )
LandscapeFracturePrimary:0.0
LandscapeFractureSecondary:0.0
Then set
VolatilityPrimary to somewhere between 0.1-0.8 for various heights.
And the maxaveragedepth around 5
Why is it staying a the dirt background?
Cartograph can't render the world anymore. :ohdear:

Something went wrong.
You have to manually delete the world from the save folder when that happens.
