Well, I found a new cave with a massive amount of coal and iron. I go deeper into the cave to find a pit leading down. Very far down.
I jumped down and survived by building myself some stairs. I find more coal and iron, but I also found some gold blocks scattered.
More exploration grants me a bucket full of water and a nice lava flow nearby to make some obsidian. Nether, here I come!
