no, I thought there was because I have never heard of the perk you mentioned
http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/912/912469p1.html There is a little perk list here. :3:
Solar Powered Ranks Available: 1, Requirements: Level 20, Endurance 7 With the Solar Powered perk, you gain an additional 2 points to Strength when in direct sunlight, and slowly regenerate lost Health. I've always wanted to role play as Captain Planet.
Am I the only one who thinks the Master is freaky as hell?
Lawbringer Ranks Available: 1, Requirements: Level 14 Once you have the Lawbringer perk, any evil character you kill will have a finger on their corpse. This finger can then be sold to a certain person (whose identity is disclosed when you take the perk) for caps and positive Karma. So we SELL the fingers for positive karma... No thank i want money :v: Edit: What is the money in the Fallout world anyway? On Fallout 1 i have that thing that...i don't really know what is that but i think it's some kind of coin :v:
Wait a minute. The character is born in 2258, so I'm still technically correct on the start year. And the master IS freaky o.0 I DEMAND RANDOM ENCOUNTERS BETHESDA (Novangel wants to go back in time to kill all the people in Vault 101, creating a paradox)

It'll be a bitch to have bottlecaps as money. "Say I'll buy that house, how much?" "4 million caps" :( I'm expecting to find a better looking enclave armour, if not, I'll stick with the BOS power armour. Seriously those enclave armours in the video are weird.

Seriously those enclave armours in the video are weird.
And you use money as fragmentations in the lunchbox mine? Why would you ever do that? Edit:
Solar Powered Ranks Available: 1, Requirements: Level 20, Endurance 7 With the Solar Powered perk, you gain an additional 2 points to Strength when in direct sunlight, and slowly regenerate lost Health. I've always wanted to role play as Captain Planet.
Jesus christ I'm crying. hahahaah
money as fragmentations in the lunchbox mine
Cheap, easy to find, already tipped in razor-like fashion, and with very low mass. Combined, that makes for fast projectiles with sharp edges in large quantities. A logical conclusion for anyone who wants the most kills-per-bomb. Besides, as best as I can recall, most things are very high in bottlecap cost in the first place. I'd be willing to 'invest' fifty bottlecaps to get a return of a few hundred in somebody's equipment, munitions, and hardware/software. Explosive economics, I'll call it; a market with plenty of room for violent, aggressive, expansion.
Captain Planet
That's funny; the first character that came to mind was Bird Man. Hell, if I can rig up some sort of jetpack and get my Pipboy to fire UV rays [gamma is fine too] then I'll be just as good, minus one falcon companion and a gimped arm. I doubt I'd be as bulletproof, however. I'm hoping for a Rage Powered quirk. Gain temporary strength! Lost health is added into your Strength stat. (Oh, how I would enjoy Power Fisting without mini-reactors)
28 more days!
28 more days!
Then on release day it'll be 28 days later!
We already got past that joke.
We already got past that joke.
How? The joke only applies for one day and that's today. I don't see how you could have "got past it" since it is only just became relevant today.
I hate asking this, but to your folks' knowledge, are there weather effects?
Nope.
Nope.
Well, maybe, there is gonna be day and night. We could have dust storms instead of rain, hell maybe the occasional rain or two.
That was weird, I actually dreamt of getting Fallout 3 in the mail last night. It was a wet and gloomy day and I also got another copy of Halo 3 but with an Elite on the cover, and this sort of big, purple rubber package that I slit open with a knife only to find out it was a pillow filled with tiny, purple foam balls. What the fuck that that mean?

What the fuck at the above 2 posts.
Well, maybe, there is gonna be day and night. We could have dust storms instead of rain, hell maybe the occasional rain or two.
Have you seen how badly rain worked in Oblivion? If you weren't in an interior cell, it would just go straight through roofs: look up and you'd be able to see it following you around. Edit: Even S.T.A.L.K.E.R. did rain better. There are no rain effects (or for that matter, dust storms) because Bethesda haven't since fixed that hole in the roof.
There are no rain effects (or for that matter, dust storms) because Bethesda haven't since fixed that hole in the roof.
How do you know this?
How do you know this?
One, they've already said there will be no rain. It already looks stupid how rain in Oblivion follows you around and falls through roofs, but it works in some places because you rarely look directly up. Imagine how bad it would look if they used the same technique for dust storms. Two, do you have a better explanation?
One, they've already said there will be no rain.
Link please. Edit:
Two, do you have a better explanation?
I don't really care if there is or isn't any rain.
Link please. Edit: I don't really care if there is or isn't any rain.
No link, but here's an extract from the interview itself:
20) What sort of weather effects will we be seeing and will it effect the game play in some manner (e.g. change the landscape, people get off the street to take cover etc.) or is it more or less just 'eye candy? Other than different cloud types that come and go, there are no other weather effects. We toyed with rain and windstorms but decided not to do them.

No link, but here's an extract from the interview itself:
Thank you. I didn't know that decided not to include rain and windstorms.
PC of course. I don't own a console. I don't see the need. But Fanboys, that isn't what this is about - don't even start. And about those classes, they're good. It just seems that they're all guns and melee. :downs: Edit: Medic: Medicine, Science, Melee Weapons? Edit: Eng: Repair, Science, Small Guns? I have no clue, it's not like there is a sentry skill :) Edit: Demo: Explosives, Big guns, Melee? Big guns because of the rock-it launcher Edit: Also what about the SPECIAL
They're strongly combat oriented classes, the support options excepted. Besides, I could always spend points in areas which I don't have enough TAGs for which make sense per character. Their SPECIAL stats would take a long time to do. Basic layout, remember, I'll do those things when I get to it. Besides, I also want to see if I can get the appearance down if nothing else. Is the Rock-It Launcher really classed as a Big Gun?
Well it is large. It has a large flamethrower-esque backpack you wear too.
Is the Rock-It Launcher really classed as a Big Gun?
It's a big gun that shoots any item that can fit in it.
It is made of a leaf blower and a wood chipper.
Yep, it sounds heavy to me.
In that case, I'll remember that for when I make the Demoman. That still banks on whether or not I can put grenades in or other explosive objects. They'd better not pass up the ability to launch proximity mines onto walls and grenades really far.
