I've played through FO1 and 2 like 19 times each since the 1st. TWENTY MORE FUCKING DAYS UNTIL THE FUTURE IS HERE! Game play looks good enough, I just hope they haven't fucked up the canon too much. The main reason for leaving the vault (to look for your father) is already a lame ass plot, if you ask me. It kinda pigeon holes RP to being a selfish emo kid who misses his father. It could have been different if looking for your father was a side quest for personal reasons, and the main quest was to find something to help the vault that your father was looking for but never came back.

So you're a selfish emo kid for missing a family member, namely your dad? That's stupid. It's a good start I think. We don't know shit about it anyway - Maybe he left you a note or some shit, something important. At any rate, the guy isn't some "selfish emo kid" for wanting his dad back.

Believe me, 'selfish emo kid' is starting to sound a lot like how I intended to make my first character pan out.

Since online modes usually work, no cd key, or installation with disk protection cloakers. All you need to do is void microsoft's warranty, and mod your xbox. It' s actually really easy. @light Were not 100% sure that's just it, after playing it there may be more info on why your looking for your father.

Of course it's easy to imagine that kind of scenario, but not if from the start, you get shot at.

Well I didn't see it, but I bet there were events that lead up to the shooting scenario. People he talked to etc. If that's the case, I can bet he could strike a deal with the enemies' boss.

Does anyone else feel a bid worried about this game after reading the three european reviews?
