So far, it's looking very similar to Oblivion in most respects. I mean the big old town built around the ruins of a nuclear bomber and its unexploded payload. It's just that I know that for all the hype around it, everyone is going to want to go to Megaton.

To be honest, I want to see whether Bethesda's opening sequence lives up to all the attention it got. Oblivion was a disappointing example of active character creation. [B]EDIT[/B]: So far, it looks like they've done OK on the variety front.

10 seconds was too much for me. Then the rational part of my brain took over telling me not to spoil it. I watched leaked footage of GTA4 and it kinda killed the hype for me, so i don't want to do it again.

Definitely seeing the similarities to Oblivion in melee combat.
