Here's my understanding of the story: the 1950s sees the world adopt nuclear power as a common source of energy. This changes history as we know it, with the outlandish scientific dreams of the 50s-60s being realised alongside the strongly conservative trends and politics of the mid 20th century. This continues into 2077, by which time the Cold War has become a conventional one, with the Communist Chinese fighting for control of Alaska (not to mention a comprehensive invasion plan in place for the rest of the continent). Realising they can't win against the US war machine due to their superior technology (e.g. power armour), the Soviets turn to nukes. Up to this point, some of the US population have been sent to Vaults, large scale, communal fallout shelters built by a powerful science and industry company called VaultTec, with the ostensible purpose of protecting them from nuclear war so that when the nuclear fallout clears, they'll be able to repopulate and restore the United States. Back to 2077 and the whole world is nearly wiped clean of life. Fast forward a century or two and the Vaults begin to open, with people going out into the (relatively) safe outside world to repopulate it. Of course, it doesn't work out as planned.

I'm playing Fallout 1 fromGametap and will definetly buy the second one from GOG. I've gotten pretty far in the game, and I'm kickinng ass and taking Psycho. But I'm all outta Psycho!:( The little midget in the Hub hasn't got any more Psycho, so where do I find some?

Does anyone know of anyone streaming Fall Out 3 on a streaming site for streaming things that you won't get caught for streaming games that are not out yet thus not allowed for streaming of Fall Out 3?
