In search of the most goriest, "terrororrorized" game ever

All of these seem good, but they lack terror that sends your balls back to where they came from :/

I like the gore in fallout 3, there isn't extremely much blood but it's always fun to see someone explode into pieces, melt into green goo or loose a limb or two.

All it takes is a little imagination. If you possess that it has the capability of being one of the most gory things ever conceived. But if you mean graphical gore than you're pretty much right.
