I remember stalker zombies in a source mod, I forgot the name though.

poison & fast zombines, they are tougher than the original poison & fast zombies. The fast zombines can take out a grenade at any given time like the standard zombine, but they will run faster with it and you have minimal chance of escaping.

You run faster with the knife, not the grenade.
Also, you don't escape from zombies - you club them down with a crow-bar
