Very much alive and looking really nice. Check out them on moddb. We (as speaking for the rest of the team, and from what I know) are planning for a launch around late this year or early next year.
Remember that one time we said the mod looks sexy as fuck any most pictures in the black mesa thread got 20+ artistics?
I like the way the guards now look. Made them look way more serious and realistic.

They cut co-op a while ago.
People demanded some screenshots of levels, they needed to put out some that display the mapping they did.
IT SUCKS HURR, IT'S SO BAD, I AM UNGRATEFUL OF A MOD THAT A TEAM OF UNPAID DEVELOPERS ARE DOING FOR OTHER PEOPLES ENTERTAINMENT, ON TOP OF THAT THERE IS NO CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.
