Should look more at people's facial proportions. His eyes are still incredibly big, and his mouth is practically falling off his face it's so low.
It also looks like the back of his jaw is way too far back on his head. It should be right around the middle of the skull

Yeah, those are still some errors, I brought along with the base mesh witch was a tad sloppy, proportion-wise.

press consume-button to gain positive effects from item during combat.
The only Item available will be your flask.
The only thing to fill it with will be Vodka.
The only effect will be a small heal-boost, random dice throw for side-effects and a time leap of 4 hours as well as relocation to a random stalker base's outhouse.

Vodka should act as anti-radiation measure. Not doing so in a STALKER related thing is literally a betrayal.
Fun fact, there never were any anti-radiation effects of vodka. You just forget you ever were irradiated, only years after the game's storyline will you die of cancer.
