Well how hard is it really to come by that small amount of money? Trade in a few of your old games and you will have the money.

Seriously guys, I'm 17, I'm in highschool with no job and with no way to make money. I saved my lunch money my mother gives me for a week, got a visa gift card and bought the game because they wouldn't for me. If you can't do that...which is even lower than mowing lawns for 2 hours to get 20 bucks...Then really? Don't think you should get the game...

Alright, to put it simple. I have the cash, but I can't buy it, I really can't, me nor anyone in my family can purchase it at the moment, it is impossible.

Go buy a visa gift card. I highly doubt it is impossible.
