Just started playing my first proper game, made a bridge to a tall island, walled up around the island just incase, ran out of bricks so i crossed the bridge off my island to farm more, nothing around to harm me so i just kept working, begin to head back across the bridge and one of those green things appear sout of nowhere.
Make a small barrier with my bricks to stop him from pwning me, and procede to hit him, not realising if i kill him my bridge will go.
You can probably work out the rest >.<

It's more of a platformer/adventure game. When it's done I could make other types of games (survival, sandbox, etc) on the same "engine", though.

How do I uninstall openAL (?) I dont have sound and I want the spine chilling fear and "oh shh-" feeling when I hear a creeper right next to me that I would get if I had sound. :frown:

If anyone wants to help out with the game, I could use some sprites. I need either 8x8 or 16x16 sprites of many of the block types and they need to be made as if you were looking from the side. As of now, I need grass, dirt, stone, the ore blocks, wood, log, and leaves. If anyone were to make these for me, I'd give you credits in the game. :3:
