I was just doing requests. :P
I doubt a request ever woke a puppy.
Oh wait
EDIT: Good god, I generated a map with ZOMG and ended up dying before night fall, this happened:
Also, Yay treasure chests!
Is there any way of repairing equipment?

Oh, I didn't know the map generators worked with Indev. Need to try that.
I don't think so.
Don't think what? The generators do work with Indev. I was just playing on a Forester'ed ZOMG map.
Edit: If you mean about repairing equipment, yah. No way.
Fucking shit, but it's alright, currently doing very well.
Probably found the richest cave I've ever seen in my time playing Minecraft.
Gold, ore, iron and mushrooms in amounts unimaginable! :banjo:
Oliolio, when is your stream coming back up ?

I got ninjad and didn't notice D:
it was at the Guy asking if you could mend items.
Used the ZOMG Map Generator, for the first time, and tested the map;

OH GOD.
Dude what. Can you generate maps for /indev/ with that?
Yeah.
Also, is there a website or something for user-created Minecraft saves/maps?
Where do I find the ZOMG generator?
[editline]05:53PM[/editline]
Nevermind, I found it.
Check the forums!
I'm confused as on how to use it.
There's 4 files:
- ZOMG.exe
- zlib1.dll
- libnoise.dll
- config.txt
In the config it says:
#How to use:
# 1. Use the values below to customize the map settings
# 2. run the exe
# 3. Load the .mclevel file
Okay, so I've made my changes in the config.txt.
I launch up the ZOMG.exe, then it said: "Please insert prefered filename:"
At first I thought it ment to name your level, but then gave me an error message and crashed.
Then I tried to type in the config file, but I got the same.
Now what do I do?
When it says "Please insert prefered filename:" you are supposed to name your level like it said, I don't know why it crashes though :/

- Can it take capitalized letters?
- Does it need .mclevel at the end?
Make sure you've put in the values at the right spots, and not deleted any lines in the config document.
Edit:
I think it can take capitalized letters, but try without, it does not need a .mclevel at the end, it'll automatically put it there in the end and all.

Okay thanks, tried with a new config. Seems like I somewhat messed up the config somewhere earlier.
For some reason I can't open the files from the Zomg generator in minecraft. It just cancels back to the menu when I try, no error messages or anything.
So I decided to check out minecraft after hearing a lot about... I just lost 3 hours. This is so much better than expected!
Okay, so my map fucked itself.
So many caves though:

When I try to play a map from the zomg generator I just end up with a black screen, any suggestions?

That happens with me too, but only when I trigger it somehow. Maybe when I go outside the game window.
It might be because some block that isn't included in indev got generated, I've had that issue a few times before (looked at the maps using that other map tools).

OH GOD.
I want that map. Now. :worship:
I am thinking ai May do a new broadcast a bit later, using the ZOMG Editor to start my maps so I pretty much start with NOTHING, and also have crazy maps
Please do! :neckbeard:
Please do! :neckbeard:
Heh, Allright, Though It will have to wait untill todays chores are done, so around another hour and so before I can do that, Though now, If ghere are requests for things to do to the map config, I will consider it, though I found if I make the maps too big it actualy lags indev
Also use Forester for your maps: http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=9426&hilit=forester
It's amazing.
