• Timeshift: One of the most underrated games ever

I love this game. My friend and I spent almost an hour re-killing this one guard in different ways. Fun times.
Played the demo and had loads of fun poppin' peoples heads. I think I'll get this game.
Isn't this that game where they released a demo and it sucked so bad that they completely scrapped the game and started again from scratch? I remember playing the demo to an FPS where you could manipulate time and make time bubbles that stopped bullets and shit. It was horrible, but maybe it was a different game.
The game was totally remade, but the current game doesn't have any "time bubbles" so you might've played the old version.
Game was AVERAGE, at best.

Most of the time I didn't much like the time control. It ran out too quickly, leaving you out in the open. You're just as strong as any other enemy, the only real advantages you have are time control and regenerating health after a short period of time. Also, it got a little repetitive after a while, doing the same thing with nothing actually interesting happening. There weren't any mini-bosses, or anything of that sort, and there were very few, if any, time-related puzzles. I haven't gotten to the final level yet, but I've gone PLENTY far enough to see how this game is. Good idea, relatively poor execution. If they added more things for you to do besides just slowing/stopping time to kill people, I'd be much more interested. Unlockables and more powers would have made this so much more fun, and if they inluded much more interesting environmental temporal events.
I think it's really fun stopping time and shooting someone in the face with the shotgun. Never gets old.
For the record, if you want to slow down and stop time for an infinite amount of time, go download a trainer. Seriously http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Timeshift+Trainer
Can i time warp into Black mesa and fuck up magnussons Lunch?
Bought this on release, still haven't played it. I might now.
God, I loved the mechanics (it's free replayability!), but the rest is meh. (sandbox pl0x)
