I complain about IRL light sources being incorrect.
Sometimes when I walk, I walk like Snake from MGS, you know the sneaky style walk, and when I get to a fist fight, my moves are always punch, punch, kick. :v:
And sometimes when I'm thirsty, I sometimes attempt to drink toilet water, then to realize that I wasn't in game. Also I have a habit looking through things I hold, like a pen for example and aim it down like an iron sight. It's a habit.
Well, I usually loudly yell "boom headshot" when somebody gets hit into head.
Just like I do in games, I hold an object up to a light source to see what kind of lighting effects the engine has and if it has bloom or not. :<
The fuck is this social life everyone's been talking about?
If I turn on an xbox(Or a few other devices) and the sound isn't plugged in, I still hear it :tinfoil:
Me too. I think the controller's vibration aids it, but a lot is in our heads. :tinfoil:
My left index finger usually twitch whenever I see a dense group of people.
A plasma grenade would take all their shields out in the blink of an eye.
pressing "y" before everything you type :(
I kept double clicking by accident after playing AC6 a lot (firing two missiles at once is what I would usually do)
How do you get this stuff to happen to you? You guys must be incredibly susceptible. None of this has ever happened to me, and I play video games all the time.

Most of this stuff is just a glancing thought. You see something and your first reflex is to do what you do in the game, but then right after you think "wow I'm an idiot"
I hear little beeps and such noises every now and then that sound exactly like various games. (Mainly HL1)
Also, I admire the "graphics" in real life sometimes.
Same, about the graphics.
Today I was in a library, and I said to myself "wow, they haven't duplicated the textures on the books, and this table is so high res!"
I couldn't believe it when I said it.
I hear stuff like;
"Get behind me doctor"
"Boink!"
I hear the Steam chat noise when someone says something IRL.
Really.
I once kept hearing the sound of sentries turning in TF2 after i played 10 hour engineer streak.
sometimes when i'm in a room i think :
hmm if i put a sentry there and the dispenser there heavies can't destory it. but if i put it over there it's more safe for spy's
I sometimes hear that steam DING! noise from when someone sends you a message. Once I was playing too much Fallout 3 and when I went to go get a snack I thought about how many rads it had, after a few seconds I realized I was not playing Fallout 3.
When I slap someone I shout "BONK"
When I poke someone I shout "BOINK", works well when you poke teh boob/butt!
My chair forever smells like farts because I'm too sucked into playing a game to get up and properly fart

yes... sucked in :ninja:

Kind of ironic considering your name.
Achilles. Achilles' heel. :raise:
I forgot I also used to have the Steam message effect.
I complain about IRL light sources being incorrect.
that remind me of something else i do. if i walk into bright sunlight sometimes i go "argh HDR!"
Windows Error Noise. Hear it randomly sometimes.
HL2 Sounds.
I have found myself to be more cautios IRL because of gaming. Let's say I hear a noise and I am home alone, instead of just going to the sound source, I sneak to the nearest corner, and peek carefully out from it.
I also have become more active in real life. Instead of walking, I run for instance.
I hear the special infected sometimes. I swear to god everything is a witch nowadays.
I also grief a lot in games. I find myself making up intentional logical fallacies to fuck with my friends.
I guess this isn't too bad, but whenever I watch a grief video or something inside a game with spectator mode I always try to click and move my mouse around to change views in the video.
I think a few years ago when I used to be much more of an FPS player, when I'd be going out anywhere, I'd be checking rooftops for snipers.
That's probably about it, oh that and when using Instant Messanging chat I'd press a keyboard button to chat like 'y' or something.
You walk into somebody in the corridor and instantly think "THAT'S A SPY!"
^ THAT CLASSMATE'S A SPY! :excited:
