Sometimes I hear the Xbox 360 achievement sound. Sometimes I roadie run like in Gears of War when I have something heavy on my back. That's odd because I've only played Gears of War 2 once in my life. Also sometimes I shout BOOM HEADSHOT!! in my head after I go on a counterstrike 1.6 binge. I now know I'm not crazy.
After playing too much sims 2 I thought it was ok to walk up to a hot girl and make out, I gained a girlfriend that way :raise:
I ordered pizza and started playing L4D with my friend, when he came to the door I saw that he was a fat black guy, my friend followed me to the door and screamed "BOOMER!"
Played Rez with Bloom on... "Holly LSD!"
I remember one. I was playing SMOD a while ago, and on Highway 17 (or sandtraps), I was driving, and I look away from my screen to drink, and I hear a THUMP and see blood on my screen. I did a double-take behind me, then I realized that I was playing a game. Freaked the hell out of me. Edit: It was a rebel conviniently placed in the middle of the road, too.
I once saw a small object in the distance on top of a hill. For ONE MOMENT, every part of my brain screamed "SNIPER!" Then I felt silly. Edit:
After Splinter Cell and Assassin's Creed( AC made it permanent I think), I always sneak up on my friends and make a stabbing motion...then wait how long it takes them to realize I'm behind them.
Holy shit me and my friend do this all the time :excited:
In almost all my dreams, I have a HUD.
I look for the quicksave button whenever I'm about to do something risky. Edit: OH NO MY AUTOMERGE
I quicksave so often in FPS games that sometimes I mentally "press f5" in my head at random times throughout the day.
Fallout 3 always freezes after I do awesome things and before I can save :argh: ...oh messed with me in the PDSD way For a 'phase' I wasn't scared of death because I could just turn on Buddha or I would just respawn Boy was I wrong
In almost all my dreams, I have a HUD.
I don't, but i see everything in my dreams with the hl2 shotgun.
There was period of time when I was addicted to the Half Life mod "Afraid of Monsters" It has made me terribly afraid of red lights and it has also made me question the idea of reality and such
the matrix made me seriously question reality now I think the majority of people are robots
After playing Diablo 1 and 2, I have to carry a pillow and any item (eg. plastic sword, stick) to act as a shield and sword before I go out to my bathroom at night D:
Heard the fucking HL1 crossbow sound for an entire week.
Fuck you, now I keep hearing it. Edit: Well, on topic. Whenever I have to make something, like a video, for school, TF2 start-up music just happens to creep in there.
Just zombie related dreams when I was little. Resident evil <3
Woah,i konw that feeling.DAMN YOU RESIDENT EVIL ONES AWESOME GRAPHICS AND CUTSCENES
This is my little story. I was in this sims "season" i played it for weeks. Then a day i found it boring and i stopped playing it. Then after i stopped played i had this feeling that i could press this button and the time went faster, it was pretty weird. (only was there a week)
Kinda ruined my social life, I have to hold talking about games inside myself, otherwise everyone hates me for no apparent reason.
I struggle with this aswell. God Bless those individuals who talk without being shamed about them. Also when Im bout to do something that could screw me over if I mess up I think for a sec that I should save first.
After beating CoD4, whenever I hear a dog barking, I jump a little bit, and look around for possible vantage points. I was walking with my friend from gym class, I heard a dog bark, and screamed. D:
One time I heard the sound that comes when you get an achievement on Xbox360 when a teacher gave me detention. I was quite freaked out by that.

A good portion of my dreams take place in video games. I once dreamed I was a Spy from TF2.
I hear hunter screams in my sleep...
After playing HL2:DM or Gmod for a long time, I keep hearing the sound of the explosive barrels blowing up. Edit: Wow, really? HL2DM?
Oh man, I have so much of these. Mostly from horror games. I played Silent Hill 2 a lot way back when. I once stayed up for like a day straight playing it. So, naturally, the next day I'm tired as FUCK and my parents remind me that we're going to California. So I load my stuff in the car, still tired and climb in the backseat. Fast forward three hours, I'm still awake. And we reach La Pine [this is in Oregon] and it's foggy as hell. Our radio station that we were listening to gets some static and I immediately yell "OH SHIT MONSTER MONSTER!!" Then I hit myself for being so stupid. My siblings won't let me forget that. D: After a spree of Eternal Darkness, I wouldn't touch anything for fear of my arms falling off or some shit. I sometimes hear the "SSSSCCKHHHHH. SSSCCLCLKKKK." of the Regenerators from RE4 at night. I always immediately try to remember if I picked up the infrared scope or not. I tend to be tired most of the time and not notice things that other people notice. Sometimes at school I'll be sitting next to someone and not notice them, and then look over and think "HOLY SHIT TRIANGLE TRIANGLE! WHY WON'T IT WORK OH GOD?!" Then I realize that this is not Fatal Frame. I once was walking down the corridor/hallway that connects the bedrooms to the living room and I heard the witch in my mind. I immediately turned around and ran back to my room and locked myself in. Took me a few moments to realize what a tard I was being. I was afraid to go into my dark room and turn on the light after playing Doom 3. I'm so fucked up.
I don't play games much anymore, but I did have a Mirror's Edge type dream the other day, except it was set in a hilly city. Of course, dreams of this nature could also be considered normal...

Oh so many ways... -Sometimes, late at night, I swear that I can hear the sounds of the Anti-aircraft guns from Medal Of Honor: Airborne firing. -Gman is everywhere. -There is a zombie behind the shower curtain. -When my cats are fighting I think that I'm in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone and there are Pseudo-Dogs fighting outside.
Guitar hero. It screws with your eyes man! Your eyes!
After playing it, the floor looks like an ocean. I played for 6 hours one day (Summer, really really bored), I swear I almost passed out.
