Minecraft and Castle Crashers.
[editline]World of Goo[/editline]
The World of Goo demo I tried a few months ago was REALLY fun I just never came around to buy it.
I find it funny that "Indie" is a classified as as genre. There sure is a higher level of creativity amongst Indie games, but theres no real common elements as far as gameplay goes.
Most indie games are puzzle games. Penumbra is a horror game and minecraft is a sandbox game.
Mind explaining what you mean?
The only reason "indie" is a category/genre is because a lot of people like independant made games better. Kinda the same way eco friendly foods seem to be the same category.
Minecraft, Stick RPG.
Minecraft.
I love Minecraft and Audiosurf, they're pretty much the best ones I've ever played.

Sorry, but, who's classifying indie as a genre now?
Here is my list:
Minecraft - Of course
VVVVVV - Amazing chiptune songs, a look back at how old games felt.
Cave Story - Same as VVVVVV + epic story.
World of Goo - Pretty atmospheric
Braid - I CAN CONTROL TIEM!
Lugaru - Ninja rabbit combat. Actually, I'm more interested in Overgrowth's phoenix engine(their next game).
Knytt stories - Nice hidden gem
Saira - Same as knytt stories
Darwinia - Little green men in.. uh.. computers.
Penumbra - Scary game, still have to complete this.
Super Meat Boy - Bloody game
Aquaria - Underwater adventures
Gish - Was ok, fun with two players.
Cortex command.
It just beats ALL
I've always loved Gish.
