The lack of any kind of consequences in Animal Crossing always bothered me.

In one of our computer classes we had to design a game in Game Maker, so i made an animal crossing like game, where villagers would burn down your house if hey caught you stealing from their homes.
Of course it was terrible because it was made with GM, but if Animal Crossing had something similar, I would buy it instantly.
