When you get off the station, you can press V on any planet to view the entire planet, things like the cantina's, starports, Points of Interest, and every city (Player cities and major cities)

Been playing for a bit and here's my personal list of good and bad things: [I]Good:[/I] -Graphics (considering it's age) -Combat (space and ground) -Lots of items -Races -Classes -Missions -Story [I]Bad:[/I] -Some animations -Strange acting shadows -Not very 'newcomer fiendly' -No sense of height/gravity (this one bothers me the most, what I mean is that when you jump, you don't really jump, you just get an animation that doesn't really do anything. Or when you ride a vehicle up or down a very steep hill it goes just as fast as it would when it's on a flat surface (same with the character itself)) Really enjoying it so far, worth the money.

I'm so sick and tired of the PvE carebears ruining potential PvP content. The city invasion system sounded awesome, and I reinstalled the game to try it... and this is my experience so far: We spent 30 minutes building up defenses in the city of Bestine. Turrets, walls, towers, the works... Then the battle finally begins. Huge groups of rebels show up. We are prepared for a huge fight. Guess what happens next? They stay combatant and systematically destroy everything we had just built one object at a time. We got to stand there and watch What the fuck? Really? WHY?

Before all these shitty updates you would actually walk slow up a hill and all that, but because they took out terrain negotiation (Or changed it) it is set to act like that now. Before only scouts/rangers could run up terrain that fast.

Brb climbing up a wall of dirt for 2 minutes.

I remember when the game had no speeders or anything and we had to walk 10k meters to a WP. Then i would hit a hill and RAGE. I could literally set my character to auto run, walk away from the computer for 10-20 minutes and make lunch and come back it be almost to the waypoint.

Yeah, a lot of the old guilds seem to be falling apart. I'm surprised actually, but shit like that is why rebels do good in pvp. Imperials are being drama queens.

Just sent my shit long email to account support regarding my old account... I didn't know if to prove my personal details in my first email so I asked if they would like me to do that please respond :s.. I provided some details regarding character names and the servers they were on along with what masters from proffessions they should have along with their races and shit.. Hopefully they'll ask for my details in the reply. Whenever that comes :3: I even remember logging on last year too for one of the veteran return things and I was on my old character, my fucking brain is useless. I'm mainly afraid that they'll ignore me as the email it was created with no longer exists. fuck, after typing this I tried like 30 usernames I use for random shit and was pressing the recover password and one did it and I'm sure that could be my account but obviously the mail is sent to that but shouldn't change till the link is pressed so I guess I'll start the night guessing passwords. If you didn't activate your account and transfer your character to another server when yours died, is the character deleted?

As far as I know, your char is still around, you just need to email them and have your chars switched to another server. At least, that's how it was for me. Not sure if you need a active account though. The free month thing is still going, so you should be good.(I'm using the free month deal right now.)

I used to play on Tarquinas for 3+ years before the server was shut down, and almost everyone from Tarq transferred together to SS. The main reason I went to SS was because it was always known as the "space server", but space on SS really isn't all that it's hyped out to be. I sent in a ticket asking what the hell happened, they told me the reason it was banned (saying it was my fault between the lines) and said I should call SOE to see if anything can be done. This was fine and dandy till I hit a huge wall of shit. I couldn't remember my secret question, I tried everything, but I never had to use any of it in the 6 something years I had the account. I was in a completely different state of mind back then so it was useless. I had everything, account name, password, even previous passwords from years ago, emails, phone numbers, addresses, my original credit card numbers I used to pay with it (that was a real ass finding 6 year old CC numbers on a card I shredded years ago). The only thing missing was the secret question, without that I couldn't un-ban the account (as if fucking credit card numbers ontop of everything else wasn't enough, I could of even told them of secret crap on the main character no one else knows of, FFS) So that was it, my account was done with, I took it as a sign to finally get me to never go back to the game again. Then when my server Intrepid finally shut down that sealed it for me. I was under the impression he was deleted so that was a firm seal. However knowing he isn't doesn't really change anything for me. Everyone I knew that still played split into 3 or so of the "main" servers. Friends are all that kept me in the game for the past 2-3 years. What happened to the houses on the servers that shut down? The ones that didn't pack them up I mean, such as mine. Not that I ever plan on going back, but I'd like to know if my 6 years worth of collections were destroyed.
